In a very dynamic and growing IT Department we are looking for an Lead Of Talent Development and Head of IT Staff in order to review and optimize the existing talent development frameworks, identifying improvement areas and implementing the best practices to support current and future IT employees.
- At least 10 years of experience in IT: Strong background in the IT field, with a deep understanding of current trends and best practices.
- Talent Management: Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing talent management strategies, including talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning.
- People Development: Proven track record in designing and executing employee development programs that drive engagement, skill-building, and career growth.
- Agile Methodologies: Experience in implementing Agile methodologies to enhance team performance and project delivery.
- Business Process Improvement: Experience in identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Good Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- Inspiring Leader: Demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
- Strong Team Motivator: Proven experience in leading and motivating diverse teams, ensuring a positive and inclusive working environment.
- Evolve and renew the People Value Proposition: Develop a comprehensive and engaging value proposition for current and future IT employees, reflecting the company's culture, values, and opportunities for growth.
- Optimize People Development models and tools: Review and refine the existing talent development frameworks, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices to support employee growth and retention.
- Enable people to express their value in the best possible way: Foster an environment that encourages employees to showcase their skills and abilities, promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with HR and CIO: Work closely with the Human Resources department and the CIO to align talent development strategies with the overall business objectives and IT department's needs.
- Lead the hiring process: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for the IT department, identifying top talent and ensuring the right mix of seniority and expertise to support the company's strategic goals.
- Develop collaboration with universities for talent hunting and increasing brand awareness: Establish and maintain strong relationships with universities and educational institutions to identify and engage emerging talent, create internship opportunities, and enhance MSC Cruises' reputation as a top employer.
