Lead Organic User Acquisition
About the role
We're looking for a skilled and experienced **Lead Organic User Acquisition** who can evolve our diverse team of mobile growth consultants and help manage our key accounts.
For this key leadership role, you need to be a natural people person with a strategic marketing mindset and a knack for capacity planning.
You'll work closely alongside our App Store Optimization (ASO) Team Lead and define cross-team processes and strategies to help cultivate a high-performance, knowledge-sharing environment.
And, most importantly, we're looking for someone who can contribute to our inclusive and supportive team culture and be a champion for our company values.
So even if you don't meet all the criteria but you have interesting experience outside the startup/agency environment that can help us achieve our mission, we'd still love to hear from you.
**What you'll do**:
- Use your leadership skills to empower, coach, and motivate our mid-size team of mobile marketing consultants (ranging from junior to senior level) to ensure high-quality client service
- Create strategic roadmaps for our Account Executives to keep goals and KPIs aligned with our clients' business objectives and ASO best practices
- Solve business, HR, and operational challenges by developing efficient and effective team structures and innovative strategies that raise productivity and promote positive energy
- Collaborate with our HR and ASO Team Leads to strengthen recruitment and training and establish operational stability through capacity planning, monitoring, and resource allocation
- Safeguard the communication and execution of our company policies while embracing an open feedback loop
- Maintain effective working relations between your team, our designers and copywriters, our keyword and metadata specialists, and our Principle ASO Strategist
- Provide mentorship and career guidance for your team and help create personalized career paths that harness individual strengths and goals
**What you'll need
- At least 4 years of professional experience (with at least 2 years leading a mid-size team) and a proven track record of digital marketing, ideally in a consultancy or an agency environment
- Excellent client management
- Excellent verbal and written English language skills
- Standout leadership and communications qualities with the ability to adapt your methods to different situations on the go
- Solid understanding of HR policies, team operational strategies and challenges, and career development schemes
- Solid understanding of online marketing practices (an understanding of ASO is a big plus)
