You will demonstrate accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives.

You will simplify and improve processes to meet or exceed business and customer expectations.

You will be a critical thinker, always seeking for relevant information and intelligence, analyzing and interpreting them to produce innovative solutions.

As a Lead Process Improvement Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Leading quality initiatives and processes auditing to contribute to the overall business strategy according to IET Engineering Quality plan objectives.

- Providing leadership and direction in cross-functional projects.

- Working with the whole Quality Engineering Platforms population to inject Quality culture inside Engineering Organization.

- Mentoring the Engineering group in the use of Lean Six Sigma as well as other methodologies.

**Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a MSc.

in Engineering/Mathematics.

- Be certified as Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt.

- Have the ability to drive cultural changes.

- Have the ability to simplify complex problems and solutions.

- Have the ability to read through organization complexities, human factors and identify non-conventional solutions that are effective and easy to implement

- Have very good oral and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal and leadership skills.
