As the Lead Product Designer in the Retention pillar, you'll drive the design strategy and quality in that area, and manage its 3 designers.

You'll work as a partner in the product trio leading the pillar alongside the Lead Product Manager and Engineering Manager.

You'll lead a small team of product designers to help achieve our mission to be the point of reference for anyone who needs psychological support.

AS A LEAD PRODUCT DESIGNER YOU WILL: Establish the right Retention pillar design approach for UnobravoHelp drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a critical part of Unobravo, balancing customer needs and business valueWith your Engineering, Product Management, and Data counterparts, you'll lead and be hands-on helping cross-functional squads in delivering retention initiatives that help patients and therapists engage in best-in-class therapy, and increase LTVOwn part of the Retention KPIs, responsible for understanding how to impact them through experimentationWork closely with, and influence, senior stakeholders, always advocating for velocity and impactRegularly interact with our patients and therapists and develop a deep empathy for themManage 3 product designers in the Retention pillarStay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and our competitorsMentor and inspire other Product Designers at UnobravoYOU WILL BE THE PERFECT FIT IF YOU HAVE: 8+ years of experience as a Product Designer building core product capabilities in cross-functional teams1+ years of experience as a managerExperience working in multi-market, product-led companiesA proven track record of making a big impact through data-driven experimentation, alongside trialling bigger betsExperience of collaborating on a bold, long-term product-led vision, and of leading a team in executing on this visionStrong product design sense: you're confident guiding your team even when faced with ambiguity or changeThe proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams and foster collaborationA results-driven mentality - you set ambitious impact-focused goals for your team and are not satisfied unless you achieve themA keen ability to balance user needs with business priorities.
