**What you can expect

- Work with on-site and remote cross-functional teams of Engineers, Designers, and Marketers to launch impactful improvements and new solutions in a B2B environment.

- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Product Managers in charge of the full product development lifecycle from ideation, feature prioritization, requirement gathering, design, and execution, to adoption and post-release reviews.

- You will be responsible for setting up the roadmap, measuring performance, keeping your eyes on the users, anticipating bottlenecks, making trade-offs, and taking acceptable risks to maximize the benefit for our customers and business.

- Ensure lean communication between multiple stakeholders, internal or external, so that various complex projects are completely aligned throughout the organization.

- Documenting and communicating feature releases and being the go-to expert for anyone trying to understand more about them.

**What you have covered

- +5 years of excellent product development and a proven track leading other Product Managers that reported to you

- An excellent executioner who can balance user needs with business priorities, and ensure delivery in a timely fashion

- Ability to engage with your teams as well as Developers, Designers, and Company Leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship in order to build the roadmap of the teams alongside stakeholders.

- You have the ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop hypotheses, design experiments, and interpret results

- A background in e-commerce or platform business is a plus
