Your Mission: As a Lead Product Manager for Italy at Bitpanda, your main focus will be the localisation and definition of products and features, ensuring they meet the specific needs and preferences of our regional markets.
What you'll do: Lead the localisation of existing products and the development of new features to align with regional market needs.
Oversee the full product lifecycle, from ideation to delivery, for regional initiatives.
Identify new market opportunities and refine existing products, creating strategies that leverage local insights and data.
Coordinate and manage project work plans, budgets, and deliverables with a focus on regional objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to align on product requirements and delivery.
Who you are: 5+ years in product leadership role within fintech, trading, or crypto.
Demonstrated experience in adapting products for specific regions.
You excel at developing intuitive, user-friendly products.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
Experience with large-scale consumer-facing web and mobile applications.
