Having received significant investment, this established data centre group is in their next phase of growth and require the expertise of a Lead Project Manager.

They have established partnerships with many of the well-known technology powerhouses and tailor to their development to their client's requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

Managing all site-based MEP, Construction, installation and commissioning activities

Managing site stakeholders

Reporting to site directors

Sub contractor management

**Requirements**:

**Sr/Lead PM on large scale projects**: Either from an Oil & Gas, renewable energy or data centre background

MEP management

Construction management

Installation management
