The Lead PS Consultant will work collaboratively with other business consultants and the Delivery Leader of the PLM, reporting directly to the PLM Professional Service Team Manager.

The Lead Business Consultant should rely on his strong experience (especially in fashion companies) to lead workshops with customers and design technical solutions with the Delivery Leader.

He will mentor other team members in the business rationale of the design, contribute to development, be responsible for end-to-end testing, assist customers during User Acceptance Tests (occasionally performing small fixes), and support any business questions from our customers.

He will have opportunities to be involved at all stages of a project – supporting sales in demos, covering requirements, and together with the Delivery Leader, supporting the PM on the project plan.

Responsibilities Consistently demonstrate expertise in all PLM processes for fashion companies.

Work with the Pre-Sales team to assist in demo preparation and perform workshops to collect macro requirements and identify the project scope.

Understand the macro necessities from a customer prospect to provide an estimation of the overall project cost (including any particular customizations requested by the prospect).

Prepare and/or revise the Statement Of Work for the functional parts to be signed by the customer.

Understand project scope, timelines, objectives, and the direction of the overall project portfolio.

Assist the Delivery Leader and the Project Manager in developing the project plan, knowing what the customer needs are.

Produce well-written functional and technical project documentation such as Solution Design.

Implement best practices for design to help the Delivery Leader design solutions that cover the customer's needs.

Have good SQL knowledge to contribute, when needed, to configure PLM or check information in the database.

Perform and/or drive end-to-end tests to identify system issues and provide proper and detailed indications to fix them.

Perform small fixes independently to ensure UAT proceeds smoothly.

Support and drive customers for any change requests needed.

Skills and Abilities At least 5 years of experience in roles such as PLM Senior Business Consultant or IT reference for PLM with knowledge of business processes.

Medium SQL knowledge.

Advanced English proficiency.

Knowledge of Web services/JSON is a plus.

Experience with Aptean PLM (formerly Model Form, TXT PLM SharePoint, Aptos PLM Evolve) is a plus.

Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Must be able to take initiative on projects and proactively offer suggestions and/or resolutions.

Creative thinker, proactive, team player, and success-oriented, delivering on commitments.

Ability to deal with ambiguous or undefined problems; capable of thinking abstractly and guiding others.

Advanced troubleshooting skills, including understanding business needs, priorities, and urgencies, collecting requirements, producing complex and detailed documentation, and driving problem resolution.

Available for business trips (national and international) when required by the customer.
