**Partner with the best
You will be responsible for Customer facing staff responsible for winning business.
Developing notions on midterm developments for own department.
Elaborating suggestions for strategic plan of the larger unit (be it function or business unit).
As a Lead Sales Specialist (Artificial Lift), you will be responsible for:
- Selling product(s), services, parts, solutions, or projects within a geographic area that you are to be responsible for overseeing.
- Handling products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products and systems will be used.
- Managing complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally.
- Collaborating cross-functionally to establish a commercial strategy for our product line regionally to deliver products and services to meet customer needs
- Focusing on maximizing business reliability and predictability through long-term, repeatable contracts
- Supporting new product and service commercialization, establishing market demands, customer acceptance, pricing and commercial requirements
- Building successful long term customer relationships that lead to high levels of customer satisfaction and contract growth
**Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have Bachelor's from an accredited university or college with previous experience in Sales
- Experience in either Artificial Lift /Energy Industry would be required
- Must have Italian Language skills
- Have experience in a commercial or sales role with an emphasis on customer interface, relationship building and delivering sales growth
- Have knowledge of technical, economical, logístical and financial aspects are involved in creating a proposal.
- Have experience using salesforce or similar CRM
- Have established project management skills
