**How you'll fit in**:
We're looking for a **Lead Social Media Manager who's an expert in Social Media Marketing and Operations Managemen**t, and has the leadership and coordination skills to manage a team of social media professionals.
As the driving force behind our social media operations, you'll be responsible for developing and executing social media campaigns that exceed our clients' expectations, while leading and inspiring your team to innovate and deliver exceptional results.
**Requirements**:
- A true Social Media Marketing Guru with **at least 3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing/Managing and Operations Management**:
- Applicant must have proven expertise in leading and managing a team of social media professionals, providing leadership and support to ensure their success.
- Applicants must have native-level proficiency in English, and you'll need to handle both written conversations and video calls with the clients and the team, and also represent the Agency with external partners.
- You must thoroughly understand the different social media platforms and their respective audiences, and be able to develop and execute social media campaigns that deliver results.
- You are a visionary with a "zoom-out" vision over daily, weekly, and monthly tasks and goals.
- You're extremely detail-oriented and capable of delivering work of the highest quality.
- You're a highly organized and gifted time manager.
- You thrive on self-management and taking the initiative, while also collaborating effectively with team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with project management software and tools.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity of the social media operations.
- Lead and manage a team of social media managers and coordinators, providing leadership and support to ensure their success.
- Monitor project progress and ensure all social media campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to streamline social media operations.
- Analyze data and develop reports to track progress and identify trends.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all aspects of the business are working together effectively.
- Delegate authority and responsibility to team with supervision, accountability, and review.
- Manage and maintain contact with internal and external clients/customers for feedback and to obtain client/customer satisfaction information.

Please note that this role requires that you work as a contractor for our agency, which means you will be responsible for filing your own taxes.
