**Partner with the best

As a Supplier Fulfillment Manager you will be the main point of contact for Suppliers for all activities related to the execution of the direct materials supplies.

You'll work with Suppliers to ensure On Time Delivery for goods and related documents and to identify and implement continuous development programs for improving their performances, capacity and capability.

You will be accountable to solve complex problems, execute objectives, and support short-term/long-term business goals.

You will ensure that business strategies are followed for fulfillment and quality.

You will demonstrate leadership in communicating business goals, programs, and processes for the product/commodity managed.

As a Supplier Fulfillment Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Cooperating with Suppliers, Manufacturing Operations, Project Managers, Quality and Engineering to define preventing actions, recovery plans and keeping all main metrics into the system updated.

- Collaborating with Suppliers to ensure On Time Delivery for all documentations associated with the materials supplied.

- Interacting with the Platform Procurement Organization to provide regular feedback about supplier performances to refine the supplier strategy.

- Giving the visibility to Internal customers on Supplier plan, preventing and managing priorities and criticalities to ensure Manufacturing and Sales Plan.

- Supporting the execution of risk mitigation plan related to supplier criticalities and Manufacturing/Project Management urgencies, coordinating with Material Management to support Inventory management.

- Partnering with Quality to support supplier surveillance and on time issues resolution, cooperating with Logistic team to generate transportation best plan to minimize cost and improve efficiency.

- Supporting both Vendor Recovery negotiations & results and Account Payable resolution on invoices issues.

- Supporting key procurement initiatives through continuous improvement projects.

- Ensuring supplier compliance with regulatory and reputation requirements.

**Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or Finance.

- 3+ years' experience in Procurement, Operations, Supply Chain or Project Management

- Demonstrate the ability to quickly learn new products and business areas.

- Have experience in managing multiple priorities and stakeholders in a complex working environment.

- Be a self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to solving problems

- Show an analytical approach to problem-solving and be motivated and focused on results.

- Be fluent in English and hold an EU passport
