OverviewAs a Technical Leader of Aptean Retail Planning & PLM Client Experience, you will coordinate a group of 10 - 12 technical consultants and will provide high quality consulting and support services to Aptean clients across multiple product groups and to Aptean colleagues over the world.

You will help to troubleshoot and resolve third level cases; you will organize daily Team's activities and monitor incoming and active workload; you will manage escalations and organize actions plan, recurring meetings and communications with the Clients; you will provide estimations; you will lead upgrades activities, Confidenziale audits and trainings when required.

Are you the person we are looking for We are looking for an experienced Team Lead with at least 7 years of experience in projects delivery, coordination, organization and leadership of a technical Team to join our worldwide Customer Experience Team!

We are looking for a proactive and results-orientated individual, with proven experience in motivating teams, organizing activities, coordinating initiatives, communicating with other teams and world-wide Clients in Fashion & Retail industry.

Experience:

Strong troubleshooting skills and logic-based thinking Advanced SQL skills Strong coordination ability and team leadership Exceptional customer service skills Proactiveness Strong interpersonal, communication skills, ability to interact with both business users and technical users Ability to stay calm under pressure Well-organized and capable of handling several activities at the same time Willingness to provide nightly availability on rotational shifts if required Successful completion of a Bachelor of Computer Science or an Engineering degree ishighly preferred.

Fluent English is a must.

Italian and/or French and/or German are appreciated as additional languages.
