We are looking for a **Lead Verification Specialist** to join our team and help us maintain a high-quality lead database.

This role involves **outbound cold calling** to verify business information, update records, and identify new potential leads.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Make outbound calls** to businesses to verify company details such as contact names, addresses, and industry type.

- ** Confirm and update lead information** in the CRM system with accuracy.

- ** Identify and qualify new potential leads** through phone conversations and online research.

- ** Ensure data integrity** by keeping records up to date and removing outdated or inaccurate information.

- ** Collaborate with sales and marketing teams** to provide accurate lead insights and support growth efforts.

- ** Meet daily/weekly call and verification targets** to maintain a high level of productivity.

**Qualifications**:

- **1-2 years of experience** in **cold calling, telemarketing, lead generation, or sales support** preferred.

- ** Excellent verbal communication skills** in English.

- ** Confidence in making outbound calls** and speaking with business representatives.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to **manage and update CRM records** accurately.

- Ability to **work independently** and meet verification targets.

- Experience with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, or similar data management tools.

**Position Details**:
