Leadership Training Manager
Generali is a major player in the global insurance industry - a strategic and highly important sector for the growth, development and welfare of modern societies.
Within the Group Leadership Development & Academy area we are looking for a Leadership Training Manager. The incumbent will support the design and delivery of the Training and development initiatives for Group Talents and/ or People Managers, in order to mark a crucial contribute to the growth of the talent pool in the new Group People Strategy and the development of our People Managers (8000) through a dedicated global training campaign. The interventions will be based on the topics of Next Normal, Lifetime Partner ambition, Group People Strategy, Sustainability, Innovation and A. I. and the most relevant trends in the leadership development area, working in close relation with the countries to maximize the impact.
Key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Deliver complex, structured end-to-end learning projects in dialogue with all the Business Units, i. e. new Group Leadership Training for Group Talent Senior Managers, New Managerial Training for People Managers etc.
- Design engagement and communication plans
- Collaborate with international talented colleagues
- Design, organize and lead programs, community calls, workshops, focus groups, trainings
- Produce supporting tools and documents
- Prepare compelling presentations
- Network with Business schools and scout innovative partners
- Access and provide continuous benchmarks and best practices on the topic of leadership training and development
Must have
- Experience in designing and implementing leadership training initiatives
- Experience in designing and implementing cultural change management initiatives
- Experience in workshop design and delivery
- Strategic vision, inquisitive mindset, deep
- Knowledge on what leadership development is about
- Access and learn continuously benchmarks and best practices on the topic of leadership development
- Analytic, attention to details
- Background in psychology preferred
