**Posizione:**:We are currently seeking a **Lean Coordinator** at **ENGINIA** in **Trezzo sull'Adda** (Milan).

**ROLE GOAL**:

The role has to lead and support the organization in the implementation of process improvements through the diffusion of Lean approach and methodologies;

She/he is related with all areas, depending on the projects assigned.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES**:

She/He has responsibility of proposing, leading or supporting improvements through:

- Guides / Support of Improvement Groups, providing knowledge and expertise to each single group, and coordination between them, providing feedbacks on method and behaviours;

- Guarantees correct communication and diffusion of results and methods adopted, at Group/Process level;

- Proposes new improvement projects based on the general guidelines imparted by the Company;

- Organizes and leads training programmes on lean approach and methods to new colleagues

- Connects and works with colleagues of foreign commercial subsidiaries and plants in order to build alignment on standards and best practice sharing.

**Requisiti:**:Requirements

- Master Degree in Business Management, or Economics, or Engineering;

- Experience in a similar position, working in a multinational context with a track record in leading medium to large complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives and opportunities with tangible results;

- Proven Lean expertise;

- Knowledge and interest in the field of Innovation Management and above all Customer Development, Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Agile and Design Sprint;

- Fluent in English;

- Passion for leading project and data driven abilities;

- Team working and problem solving skills;

- Highly capacity in handle high number of stakeholders;

- Predisposition to learn, to leave the comfort zone and to face the possibility of failure;

- Proactive innovator approach;

- Creativity and optimism.
