FAAC Group, world leader in access automation, parking and access control, including 32 sales companies, more than 3. 300 employees worldwide and 18 manufacturing plants, is looking for a **Lean Specialist**, within our **Lean and Strategic Office**.

The Lean Specialist will be part of our highly dynamic team participating in exciting projects aiming to improve organizational processes.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Coaches Colleagues to drive Lean and Agile thinking into all aspects of operations

- Coordination of projects of difference size and complexity, using lean methodologies, delivering success within given scope and timeframe

- Develops a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress, act between different sites where necessary

- Communicates project status updates, address priority challenges and coordinate risk mitigation to minimize project impact

- Assists with the implementation of Lean Manufacturing goals and strategies for improving the operations and processes within the organization

- Evaluates all continuous improvement activities and implements plans to optimize performance and processes.

- Employs Lean methodologies and tools in order to accomplish business objectives

- Provides facilitation and/or training in performance improvement teams, including collection and analysis of data and documentation of results

**Key requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree and at least 3-5 years of experience in a process improvement function

- Previous Experience in Lean and Quality Projects

- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures (value stream mapping, 5S, Kaizen, Kanban, etc.

)

- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected

- Highly organized, detail

- and result oriented

- Ability to work in (international) teams

- Demonstrates excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Very good written and oral communication skills, also in English

- High availability to travel
