ABOUT THE ROLE The Lean Specialist supports in the implementation of Lean Manufacturing principles, focusing on identifying and eliminating inefficiencies within the production process.

He/She analyzes workflows and drives continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operations and enhance overall productivity.

GENERAL RESPONISIBILITIES Facilitate the implementation of Lean Manufacturing principles and methodologies across the production process.

Identify opportunities for waste reduction and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

Analyze existing manufacturing processes and workflows to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.

Implement strategies to streamline operations and improve overall productivity.

Mentorship to production teams on Lean principles and best practices.

Utilize data-driven approaches to assess manufacturing performance and identify areas for improvement.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and track progress in Lean initiatives.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.

Minimum experience in implementing Lean Manufacturing principles in a production environment.

REQUIRED INTERPERSONAL & BEHAVIORAL SKILLS Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Excellent English speaking and writing, Italian language is an advantage.
