Our Customer is the Italian branch of an International consultancy firm based in Germany with subsidiaries in Italy, Poland, Switzerland, CEE, China, Mexico and Brazil. With its network of more than 300 consultants worldwide supports leading industrial enterprises in their path toward the Top Performance based on the Lean Transformation. **Lean/TPM** concept are in fact our set of tools and the overall leadership approach we have. We are looking for an:

**LEAN TPM MANAGER CONSULTANT

**Posizione**:

**Responsibility**- To measure KPI and P&L improvements, showing the real impacts of **TPM Projects** on achieving company's strategic targets and economical wealth.

- To understand customer targets and needs, in order to identify possible solutions and methodologies, in the frame of the "Company Complementary Approach", an holistic approach that combines Top Down and Bottom Up approach, as well Process Excellence and Leadership Excellence.

- To accurately plan the project; allocate resources; identify proper methods and tools; execute the project; strictly control implementation phase; monitor progress.

- To coach customer's personnel, in order to pursue sustainable results.

**Requisiti**:

**Skills**:

- Management Degree or Technical Degree.

- Experience at least 5/7 years in the role.

- Experiences of digitalization (IoT, 3D printer, wearable technologies, MES, etc. )

- Knowledge of the economics needed to assess the impact on P&L of the Lean activities.

- Excellent proficiency with **TPM** tools and methods, based onfield experiences.

- Excellent skills in team building and team coaching.

- Attitude to self motivation.

- Interest to grow into a professional team, instead of climbing hierarchical layers

- Availability to business travel.

- Good English written and oral communication skills.
