Learning & Development Coordinator

As Learning & Development Coordinator, the person will play a pivotal role in enhancing the skills and knowledge of employees at Corporate level, ensuring they perform at the highest standard of quality that aligns with our luxury brand image. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and implementing engagement initiatives to foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
**Main Responsibilities**:
Training Program Development
- Collaborate with departments and business functions to identify staff training and development needs. Use the results of needs analysis to design and develop comprehensive and innovative training programs for employees at all levels, according to our Leadership Model and Brand Values.
- Coordinating all phases of the lifecycle of training projects, from the operative aspects to the evaluation, ensuring adherence to timelines and preset objectives through the management of the allocated budget.
- Ability to identify and work with the right external providers, starting from their own network, for project development, ensuring that the training content is customized to the context.
- As part of the "Corporate Learning & Development, Engagement & DE&I" team, they are involved in the organization of team-building activities or initiatives that promote an engaging and positive work environment. In addition, they can play a pivotal role in helping the company achieve greater diversity and inclusion by developing training programs that address these issues.
Training Delivery
This role involves the scheduling and delivering of diverse training sessions, ranging from workshops and seminars to specialized programs, ensuring a comprehensive and engaging learning experience for participants.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using assessments and feedback.
Training Reporting
- Manage the organization's LMS, including user registrations and content uploads, being able to provide the correct data about training for the Sustainability report.
- Generate reports and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
Collaboration
Work closely with HRBP, Talent Management and Employer Branding teams. Run need analysis with department heads, managers and other stakeholders to ensure that the training initiatives are aligned with business objectives.
Nice to have
Ability to manage individual and group coaching as a Learning and Development Coordinator involves identifying development needs, designing customized coaching sessions, providing constructive feedback, and creating a supportive environment for enhancing both individual and group skills.
**Here are some experiences/skills that we are looking for**:
- Bachelor's degree in Humanistic field or similar
- Language skills: Italian and English at professional level
- Proven experience in designing and developing various types of training interventions for different organizational seniority levels (5-6 years of experience in similar roles)
- Proven experience in creating and implementing effective training programs for different organizational targets
- Proven experience in training delivery to international audience
- Experience in a multinational company
- Knowledge and interest of the luxury sector
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and networking skills
- Ability to communicate with stakeholders at a different level
- Reporting & budget skills
- Project management
