What You'll Be Doing We are looking for a person who wants to undertake a professional path starting from a role of Learning & Development Intern. You will be included in the Learning & Development Team with the aim to support the team in learning & development activities and processes in collaboration with the external consultant.

Your Activities Will Include Provide and monitor database of participants and report of learning activities;Support the delivery of Talent Management Review and Performance Review according to Talent Development Expert requests and needs (e. g.

Provide data analytics, support report preparation, communicate with internal stakeholders);Support the implementation of learning activities (e. g.

preparation of the class register, welcoming participants, classroom setup according to External Consultants needs). Who We're Looking For You're available for a six-month internship with full-time commitment. You've a good command of English. You've a Master's Degree in humanistic disciplines or economics. You've a good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package. You've good data collecting and analytical skills. You've good organizational skills.
