The Learning & Development Specialist's main accountability is to support the analysis, design, development and evaluation of training, and identification for improvements in the development of a highly skilled workforce and will also be responsible for overseeing the Learning Management System (LMS), defining and tracking the training budget, and creating and delivering technical and transversal training programs.
**Tasks & responsibilities
- Build and manage vendor relationships to ensure successful outcome of training initiatives
- Conduct Learning Needs Analysis to capture requirements across Oberalp and define annual learning and development priorities and delivery plans
- Develop training programs, aligned with business objectives and learner preferences, to support employee growth and increase employee engagement at an Italian and Group level
- Ensure and facilitate the implementation of the Annual Learning Plan to ensure smooth execution with effective outcomes
- Support the creation of engaging learning content such as e-learning, videos, simulations, and classroom materials
- Oversee the administration and maintenance of the company's Learning Management System (SAP - Success Factors)
- Collaborate with the Transformation, Learning and Development Senior Specialist to establish the annual training budget and track training-related expenses, ensuring adherence to the allocated budget Plan, execute and overview financing of training measures with public funds
**Profile
- 1-3 years of experience in L&D position
- Expertise with adult learning theory
- BS/MS in Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Development, Psychology or other related area
- Project management skills
- Self-motivated, accountable, and confident in ability to consult, design, develop, and deliver training programs
- Excellent Italian skills, very good English skills
- Knowledge of L&D software
