Opportunity We're looking for a Learning & Development Manager, who reports to Human Resources & Organization and is responsible for design and delivery of the training strategy, processes, programs and systems in alignment with global strategy and regional business requirements.

Responsabilities

Conduct business needs analysis across a function or department and identify/prepare appropriate educational or development solution - either from corporate or create original ones

Design and develop educational programs - using e-learning, workshop or course formats - either adapting corporate solutions or creating original ones, including both participant and tutor materials

Evaluate programs, measure success and make adjustments/changes as necessary

Design and develop customized Development interventions to address business needs, e. g.

support change processes

Deliver workshops or classes, i. e.

team workshops, change workshops etc.

Drive the adoption of the enterprise approaches to talentmanagement with assigned HR client base

competency models, development resource guides, eLearning etc.

Support roll-out of Importante Azienda management processes and make sure offerings reflect current procedures

Successfully influence line managers - present and communicate educational and development initiatives to management meetings and conferences throughout the subsidiary/region

Construct and manage training budgets

Work with HR team and provide support to HR Business Partner on projects

Marketing/Communication of development tools/programs:

Design newsletters, communications, presentations, brochures etc.

Logistics planning - participants, hotels, materials, consultants etc in order to ensure perfect implementation
