As they continue to scale, they are seeking aLearning & Development Specialistto elevatetraining and development programs in Italy & Croatia. The Role As anL&D Specialist, you will play a pivotal role inshaping and delivering impactful training programsthat enhance service quality and elevate guest experiences.

Supporting teams across multiple locations, you will design, implement, and deliverhands-on, engaging learning initiativesthat develop skills, strengthen operations, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Deliver Engaging Training– Facilitateinteractive, on-site training sessionsfor seasonal and permanent staff, ensuring operational excellence inguest service, safety, and hospitality best practices.

Design & Improve Learning Materials– Develop and refine training content, includingtechnical guides, e-learning modules, and video tutorials, ensuring knowledge is accessible and engaging.

Coach & Support Teams– Act as a mentor to managers and frontline staff, equipping them with theskills and mindsetneeded to create exceptional guest experiences.

Ensure Consistency & Compliance– Standardize training delivery acrossItaly & Croatia, maintaining alignment with corporate standards while adapting to regional needs.

Evaluate & Optimize– Track training effectiveness, gather feedback, andcontinuously enhance learning programsto maximize impact. Who You Are This role is perfect for ahands-on, people-focused L&D professionalwith (ideally) experience inhospitality, tourism, or operational training. Experienced Trainer:Background inlearning & development, training, or operational coaching, ideally within the hospitality, tourism, or service industries.

Engaging Communicator:Able to deliverdynamic, high-energy training sessionsand inspire teams at all levels.

Innovative & Adaptable:Passionate aboutcreating learning solutionsthat resonate in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Multilingual & Culturally Aware:Fluent inItalian & English(Croatian/French are a plus), with the ability to connect with diverse teams.
