Learning And Development Specialist
Support the Group Development & Compensation Vice President in the definition of the strategic and operational guidelines for development, training and compensation for all the Companies of the Group. Key Activities and Responsibilities: Define strategic guidelines and actions regarding People development and engagement processes in general; Manage the Performance Management process, supervising the various phases of the process; Organize and manage the Training offer and activities for the Group, in line with the development policies; Design training initiatives and manage launch and internal communication campaigns; Participate in the process of requesting and obtaining funding for training through the main sectoral inter-professional funds (Formazione Finanziata); Organize change management activities in order to promote initiatives within the Group; Organize internal communication initiatives and corporate events; Manage the Employer Branding activities. Personal Attributes: 4 years of experience performed in similar roles and context; Flexible and open minded; Strong communication skills; Resilient and able to deliver in a demanding and changing environment; Strong planning, organizational and analytical skills; Fluent in English; Good command of Microsoft Office.
