Learning & Development Specialist

to elevate

training and development programs in Italy & Croatia

The Role As an

L&D Specialist

, you will play a pivotal role in

shaping and delivering impactful training programs

that enhance service quality and elevate guest experiences.

Supporting teams across multiple locations, you will design, implement, and deliver

hands-on, engaging learning initiatives

that develop skills, strengthen operations, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities: Deliver Engaging Training

– Facilitate

interactive, on-site training sessions

for seasonal and permanent staff, ensuring operational excellence in

guest service, safety, and hospitality best practices

Design & Improve Learning Materials

– Develop and refine training content, including

technical guides, e-learning modules, and video tutorials

, ensuring knowledge is accessible and engaging.

Coach & Support Teams

– Act as a mentor to managers and frontline staff, equipping them with the

skills and mindset

needed to create exceptional guest experiences.

Ensure Consistency & Compliance

– Standardize training delivery across

Italy & Croatia

, maintaining alignment with corporate standards while adapting to regional needs.

Evaluate & Optimize

– Track training effectiveness, gather feedback, and

continuously enhance learning programs

to maximize impact.

Who You Are This role is perfect for a

hands-on, people-focused L&D professional

with (ideally) experience in

hospitality, tourism, or operational training

Experienced Trainer:

Background in

learning & development, training, or operational coaching

, ideally within the hospitality, tourism, or service industries.

Engaging Communicator:

Able to deliver

dynamic, high-energy training sessions

and inspire teams at all levels.

Innovative & Adaptable:

Passionate about

creating learning solutions

that resonate in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Multilingual & Culturally Aware:

Fluent in

Italian & English

(Croatian/French are a plus), with the ability to connect with diverse teams.

Willing to Travel

: Comfortable

spending time on-site

across Italy & Croatia to ensure effective training delivery.
