Learning And Development Specialist
Support the Group Development & Compensation Vice President in the definition of the strategic and operational guidelines for development, training and compensation for all the Companies of the Group.
Key Activities and Responsibilities: Define strategic guidelines and actions regarding People development and engagement processes in general;Manage the Performance Management process, supervising the various phases of the process;Organize and manage the Training offer and activities for the Group, in line with the development policies;Design training initiatives and manage launch and internal communication campaigns;Participate in the process of requesting and obtaining funding for training through the main sectoral inter-professional funds (Formazione Finanziata);Organize change management activities in order to promote initiatives within the Group;Organize internal communication initiatives and corporate events;Manage the Employer Branding activities. Personal Attributes: 4 years of experience performed in similar roles and context;Flexible and open minded;Strong communication skills;Resilient and able to deliver in a demanding and changing environment;Strong planning, organizational and analytical skills;Fluent in English;Good command of Microsoft Office.
