Learning And Development Specialist
Support the Group Development Compensation Vice President in the definition of the strategic and operational guidelines for development, training and compensation for all the Companies of the Group. Key Activities and Responsibilities:Define strategic guidelines and actions regarding People development and engagement processes in general;Manage the Performance Management process, supervising the various phases of the process;Organize and manage the Training offer and activities for the Group, in line with the development policies;Design training initiatives and manage launch and internal communication campaigns;Participate in the process of requesting and obtaining funding for training through the main sectoral inter-professional funds (Formazione Finanziata);Organize change management activities in order to promote initiatives within the Group;Organize internal communication initiatives and corporate events;Manage the Employer Branding activities. Personal Attributes:4 years of experience performed in similar roles and context;Flexible and open minded;Strong communication skills;Resilient and able to deliver in a demanding and changing environment;Strong planning, organizational and analytical skills;Fluent in English;Good command of Microsoft Office.
