About the job and your teamThe HR Specialist (Learning & Development) is an expert who provides innovative and creative virtual digital learning experiences in the field of digital learning to the organization.

The function holder is knowledgeable about current systems in use for digital learning productions and keen to stay updated on new functionalities and systems for ever-improving digital learning creation. You will work on:Collaborating with local and global customers, providing guidance and support to address their learning needsContributing to strategic initiatives within our Global Learning CenterGuiding and facilitating e-learning needs analysis, offering expert content guidanceDeveloping and structuring e-learning content using Hydro's toolsSourcing visual content, coordinating production meetings, and ensuring course approvalConducting thorough testing of the final e-learning product for quality assuranceAligning and editing video content, creating scripts, recording audio, producing animations, and adding subtitlesProactively updating content, contributing to e-learning projects, and managing e-learning translations with external vendorsContinuously improving our e-learning services while staying up-to-date with market and design trendsCreating and maintaining Virtual Reality (VR) trainings and their interface within SAP systemsWhat we offer you:Working at the world's only fully integrated aluminum and leading renewable energy companyDiverse, global teamsFlexible work environment/home officeFreedom to be creative and to learn from expertsPossibility to grow with the company, gain new certificatesAttractive benefit packageYour qualifications and skills:At least 2-3 years of experience in digital/e-learning creationBachelor's or master's degree in graphic design, business, HR, or equivalentUnderstanding of instructional design principlesStrong computer literacy skills (Microsoft tools)Proficiency in using e-learning tools, photo- and video editing softwareExperience with Articulate Rise360, Vyond, Adobe Premiere Pro, VR video production, and familiarity with gamification techniques are advantageousVirtual reality (VR) trainings creation & maintenance experience as an assetProject management skills with the ability to meet deadlinesCreative mindset with a keen eye for detail and engaging multimedia contentExcellent communication and collaboration skillsFluent proficiency in English, both oral and written; any additional language is an advantageHydro values diverse skills and perspectives among employees.
