Key responsibilities for this role include:

- Proactively support of L&D agenda

- Support to design and delivery of training initiatives

- Support in collecting documentations necessary for monitoring of training activities

- Support on financial training (e. g.

timesheet, tutoring, administrative activities)

- Support on the management of daily activities

- Support in the management of the employees' request

- Support in reporting and analysis

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Psychology or Humanistic field; Master degree in Human Resources would be an asset

- Good knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office, especially Power Point

- Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required

- Passion about helping people learn and people grow

- Preferably possess following skills: curiosity, motivation, analytical thinking, communication, problem solving, team working, priority setting and time management capabilities, adaptability, driving for results, personal learning
