We are looking for passionate and motivated, curious and entrepreneurial talents, to join us at our Milan Headquarter, one of the most attractive fashion capitals in the world.

You will have the chance to give your contribution, being involved from Day 1 in exciting projects aimed at continuously enhancing Luxottica's presence in the word.

As a Learning Operations Intern you will be at the heart of the LEONARDO digital learning platform which, with its web version and native iOS App, serves all 150, 000 EssilorLuxottica employees and aims to reach more than 500, 000 opticians and optical retailers worldwide, delivering professional training content and live events on the group's eyewear and lens brands, as well as all aspects of vision care and many other topics.

In this role, you will be exposed to key processes to keep the platform running and constantly updated with new contents.

Specifically, you will support several activities including uploading new courses; coordinating their adaptation in multiple languages from their original English version; supporting our local market teams with troubleshooting, as well as generating ad hoc reports and analysis of platform adoption.

Each aspect will require interaction with multiple different stakeholders in the Corporate Leonardo team: our colleagues based in 30+ countries as well as other departments across EssilorLuxottica including Faculties, Content Production, Digital IT, Marketing, local training leaders and external vendors.

In this role, you will need to be comfortable handling multiple tasks, prioritizing your effort based on deadlines, and adapting on the fly.

You will need to be precise and detail-oriented whether publishing a new content or developing a recurring report.

Activities will require both following structured processes as well as leveraging your creativity!

Your proactiveness to suggest and implement improvements or innovations to simplify a given task will be an additional asset.

Here some of the responsibilities you will have:

- Oversee the global partner translation provider ensure all the projects are delivered on time

- Work on improving the quality and efficiency of the translation process

- Manage the translations of new platform text across all languages in partnership with local teams and respect lead times

- Manage the Leonardo CMS to ensure all platform copies are updated and consistent in all languages

- Support publishing of new learning content on the Leonardo platform prioritizing strategic projects

- Support the Corporate Leonardo team to plan, manage and track live training events

- Analyze content performance reports across all languages to ensure ROI of translations

- Manage a mix of tasks to improve the overall adoption of the Leonardo platform across all learners worldwide
