**All about the role

As a Learning Specialist with responsibility for Central Europe, you will join an international team of Learning Specialists and Partners aiming to continuously improve our learning culture.

That means leading on the design and build of functional as well as general learning content, supporting the development of our learning strategy, vendor management and budgeting.

You will work on a wide range of learning projects, overseeing the design, build and implementation of fundamental talent processes in your region.

Collaborating with colleagues across the business, you can translate our strategy into learning solutions, enabling us to implement global projects and processes on a regional level.

**In this role, you will also have the opportunity to**:

- Support the Global Learning Lead in the allocation of the learning budget, development of learning strategy and vendor management

- Develop a regional learning roadmap based on the demand planning and needs analysis

- Develop and oversee the curation, design and development of learning content

- Define the learning solution requirements and drive adherence to instructional design methods

- Delivery of learning programmes within the Learning Specialist regional scope

- Analyse learning data and bring insights back to business leaders, L&D Partners and HRBP's

**Can you deliver

Here are the skills and experience we need from you:

- At least 2 years experience working in regional learning function

- Strong stakeholder management

- Communication and Interpersonal Skills

- Learning Content Design and Development

- Designing and Delivering Innovative Learning Solutions

- Experience working with LXP/LMS launch content and analyse learning reporting
