**Learning Specialist**:

For our internal Unit Education we're on the hunt for an experienced Learning Specialist to support and enhance the way we develop and grow our business on the Italian market.

As Learning Specialist you will be involved in the following areas/activities:

Commercial area

Manage the inbound contacts generated by the site and internal Marketing

Built customer loyalty and satisfaction

Generate new business

Work with other Cegeka's Italia internal units to support any training needs related to IT projects

Related areas

**Manage independently the entire sales process**:

Relationship with the supplier and / or internal Training Teacher

Course planning / agenda management

Collaboration with the back-office for the administrative organizational management of the course

Management with office in charge / customer interface in administrative qualification processes as suppliers

Management of the physical and / or virtual classroom where necessary

Support in promotional activities in collaboration with marketing (site changes, newsletters, etc.

)

**Contract**: One year's fixed term contract with good opportunity of employment according with the results accomplished and the enthusiasm demonstrate on the job.
