Generali is a major player in the global insurance industry - a strategic and highly important sector for the growth, development and welfare of modern societies.

- Design in collaboration with internal experts and with the support of external Partners complex hybrid training programs, determining their content, and teaching methods in line with the vision and priorities of the Group function/strategy

- Support their hybrid delivery in coordination with external Providers and internal Stakeholders involved, ensuring high quality in the timely release of the different phases, activities, and deliverables

- Liaise with HR partners in the Group Business Units and countries for the management of their employees' participation

- Monitor the satisfaction and quality of the training to make the necessary upgrades with continuous improvement approach

- Manage the relationship with course participants for engagement and support purposes

Must have

- A bachelor's degree consistent with the role

- International exposure (study or work experience)

- 2-3 years prior work experience in general, and in L&D or HR in particular

- A sincere interest - and possibly knowledge / experience - in training and people development

- Excellent use of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook)

Nice to have

- Advanced level in Excel and PowerPoint will be considered a plus)

- Excellent organizational skills - PMO skills will be considered a plus

- Knowledge of digital, social/business networks will be a plus
