**Learning Specialist**:

Within the People Office area of the CPEO (Chief People Office) department of Europ Assistance's Mediterranean region (Italy, Spain and Portugal), we are looking for a Learning Specialist who will fully manage training processes, execute projects with the team and independently, and can interconnect with different functions to gather training and development needs.

What will you be responsible for?

Contribute to the strategy and implementation of the training plan within Mediterranean Region in collaboration with local structures.

Identify training needs and propose ad hoc actions aligned with the organizational evolution and involved stakeholders at local and regional levels.

Define, build and deploy training programs efficiently thoughts various learning methods and tools (hybrid, online, in-presence) in collaboration with the regional team.

Manage all the activities related to training delivery, included administrative management and reporting.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and analysis of results and keep training programs updated based on the latest trends and best practices in the industry.

**You are the person we are looking for if you**:

have previous experience in designing, planning and executing training (at least 2 years) and know the latest training techniques and tools.

have the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team and cross department, solution-oriented approach, effective time management.

demonstrate an international and multicultural approach, with ability to adapt to different countries (Italy, Spain and Portugal)

have strong results orientation and analytical skills and of Office 365

are fluent in English (B2)

have a bachelor's degree in related field
