Leather Goods & Accessories Product Marketing
Bulgari S. p. A. , within its **Leather Goods & Accessories Business Unit** based in **Florence**, is looking for a **Product Marketing Specialist**.
**MISSION
Take an active part in the development of the product marketing strategy, managing the marketing mix levers relevant to the specific product categories and following up on the product lifecycle, up to market launch in cooperation with all involved department within and outside the Business Unit.
**MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Define the collection lines plans (product mix, carry over lines, number of SKU, price range) and ensure alignment with the company strategy and the global markets needs.
- Analyze sales performance, market trends, consumers and competitors to drive strategic decisions.
- Perform trend reports and provide competitive analysis and research on a regular basis to anticipate trends and grow business.
- Develop the marketing brief according to marketing strategies, guidelines and strategic insights.
- Develop the pricing strategy in line with the company margin targets and competition.
- Preorder seasonal collections, and define the buying guidelines.
- Partner effectively with cross-functional team (Design, Product Development, Merchandising, Planning, Production, Visual Merchandising, Brand and Communication, Digital) influencing key decisions to deliver the business target.
- Organize the new collections' presentations at showroom and develop relevant support materials.
- Ensure accurate and regular update of all documents related to the collection development (briefing, cockpit, delivery plan, pricing benchmark, etc.
).
**Profile**:
**QUALIFICATIONS / PROFESSIONAL CAPABILITIES
- 4/5 years' experience in a in a Product Marketing or Collection Merchandising Team within a luxury or fashion brand.
- Awareness of luxury brands, fashion industry and current trends
- Product marketing techniques
- Project management tools and techniques
- Analysis and reporting techniques
- Proficient in MS Office suite (especially Excel).
Ability to use ERP/SAP, BW and PLM is a plus
- Fluency in Italian and English
