Position**:

The resource, reporting to the Head of Leather Goods Design, will work together with the Team in all the activities related to the collections.

Specifically, in research and development activities, in the definition of the collection proposal and in the realization of samples for the category with our in-house factory and external suppliers.

**Research**:

- Works on the research of images, products or anything else necessary for the creation of mood boards for the collections, identifying and checking various sources (publications, photographs, internet, fairs, visits to stores and competitors);

- Visits specific fairs;

- Conducts research trips to Vintage and Department stores.

**Design creation**:

- Collaborates in the accurate execution of creative and technical drawings necessary for production;

- Produces line sheets in the manner and timeframe agreed;

- Crafts new creative proposals with Illustrator and InDesign;

- Collaborates in the operational realization of mood boards.

**Collection development**:

- Works on leathers, fabrics and materials research;

- Develops color chart proposals in collaboration with the Design Team;

- Supports in the management of prototypes and sample style adjustments;

- Collaborates with the Leather Goods Product Development Team in the prototypes and sample making phase, respecting the company timing.

**Presentations**:

- Supports in the organization and staging of photo shoots;

- Collaborates with stylists and the Design Team to build looks for photo shoots;

- Collaborates in setting up presentations for buyers.

**Profile**:

**Skills and abilities required**:

- Master's degree in Fashion Design or similar;

- Previous experience with focus on Leather Goods;

- IT abilities and professional knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite (especially Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop), knowledge of Clo3D is considered a plus;

- Proficient English, both spoken and written (the knowledge of Italian or French is considered a plus);

- Problem solving, precision, attention to details and team working approach.
