You will oversee the entire product engineering process of the Leather Goods category, starting from the development of the samples by the Scandicci team up to the prodution validation of the masters and TDS with the factories and suppliers, supervising the industrialization validation and quality.

**Detailed missions**:

- Prepare and manage the technical analysis in respect of the design, cost, merchandising and production process;

- Guarantee the correct start up of production by proposing the defection of sample items;

- Send technical sheets and materials needed by the supplier to produce the trials and conformities;

- Elaborate with the production team the correct retroplanning in respect of the production validation leadtime/deliveries;

- Supervise the arrival times of the masters;

- Coordinate the work of manufacturers and suppliers of raw materials to ensure the correct and timely production of the trials/masters;

- Evaluate the costs for all steps;

- Provide innovative and qualitative solutions, collaborating with the Raw Materials Research team and Quality team;

- Constantly coordinate with technicians and factories;

- Constantly coordinate with the technical sheets departement, production and quality teams;

- Manage the engineering of the small leather goods whole production.

**Profil**:

You have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position for a luxury brand.

Good knowledge of Excel.

Good communication with manufacturers and suppliers.

Organized, rigorous, paying attention to details.

Fluent in Italian and in English.
