Working in a dynamic and fast-growing environment, the approach required will prioritise scalability and excellence of the services designed and subsequently delivered.

The mindset required is therefore one of "continuous improvement" and "operational excellence":

- The initial phase will be the design phase: internal customers, processes, access and delivery methods will be established (this phase will be supported by the Process Excellence Function)

- The next phase will be the governance of the correct execution of these services: sometimes by providing them personally, other times by coordinating external suppliers and/or colleagues

- The last phase is that of continuous improvement: services will have to constantly adapt to the company's growth and evolution

**Your Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Supporting Business Functions in reviewing, proposing and negotiating contracts with customers and suppliers

- Development of internal guidelines, toolkits and templates in the legal field and in particular in relation to contracts

- Corporate reference on Privacy Policy and GDPR issues

- Corporate compliance officer (e. g.

231, internal policies, powers of attorney and proxies)

- Design and subsequent coordination of support for the management of Tenders, Tenders and Qualifications at Clients

- Elaboration of a roadmap of certifications to be obtained over the years (e. g.

BCorp), consistent with market requirements and company footprint; project manager for obtaining them; responsible for maintaining certifications already obtained (e. g.

ISO9001)

**Education & Experience**:

- Degree in Law - Admitted to practice law in Italy _is a plus_

- Experience in consulting, innovation advisory, systems integration, digital services, licensing, preferably in a fast-paced corporate legal/transaction group for an Innovation services and/or similar business

- Strong knowledge of Innovation services and licensing agreements standards, commercial law, and compliance

- Excellent legal and business drafting, communication, negotiation and influencing skills - in Italian and in English

- Positive and proactive attitude, open minded, self-motivated and a team player; approachable with strong ethic; ability to work autonomously and deliver creative solutions under time pressure

- Must be comfortable engaging with senior management with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships

**Location**: Casalecchio di Reno (Bologna) or Milan, with possibility of smart working
