? Reporting to the Regional Legal & Compliance Officer, the LO Legal & Compliance will be responsible for managing and advising on a broad range of legal and compliance matters of the TÜV Rheinland group companies in Italy.
As the trusted first point of contact for our internal clients, your key areas of responsibility will comprise: Implement of the Group's legal and compliance guidelines, processes and standard documents at local level.
Review and advise on a broad range of business contracts (incl.
tenders, commercial agreements, lease agreements, supply agreements etc. ).
Advise on corporate law-related topics (incl.
reviewing and preparing shareholder resolutions, articles of association, board minutes, M&A activities etc. ).
Advise on compliance related requests (anti-corruption, conflicts of interests etc. ).
Management and coordination of litigation cases.
Lead local compliance investigations.
Provide trainings on a broad range of legal and compliance topics.
Requirements Italian Law degree.
Min.
5 years work experience as a General Counsel, in an international law firm or inhouse.
Experience with general compliance principles including anti-corruption laws and Compliance standards.
Enthusiastic to work on a broad range of legal and compliance matters in an international environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English and strong ability to advocate and deliver clear legal and compliance advice and guidance.
Strong analytical skills and structured working style.
Good command of Microsoft Office.
