Key points and objectives of the position Manages and maintains Legal and Compliance processes, systems and documentation to ensure compliance with Company policies. Drafts contracts and other legal documents. Involvement and support of special projects (such as but not limited to transport electrification, connectivity, future technologies etc. )

in collaboration with other functions. Support for legal advice. Support writing letters for disputes and drafting/updating contracts. Corporate secretarial activities. Support to the coordination of external legal activities and involvement in special projects. Updating/communications for training in the field of antitrust and compliance. Activities under Law 231/2001. Company data system update. Managing of the Compliance Risk Management & Monitoring (CRM&M). Compliance and administrative checks and controls. Support the entity-specific implementation of the Anti-Trust Compliance Program (ATCP) requirements.

This includes: establishing employee awareness of Daimler Truck AG's ATCP; ensuring ongoing, effective communication on Anti-trust regulation; channeling local AT-related consultation requests to Legal Regulatory & Litigation (TL/RL); locally support TL/RL and CEO in performing Anti-Trust Risk Assessment (ATRA), if required. Oversee and management of the mandatory compliance training. Support in the implementation, monitoring, update and maintenance of GDPR related processes and systems. Qualification Bachelor Degree in law. Work experience not mandatory (experience is however a plus). Fluent in spoken and written English (German is a plus but not mandatory). Strong communications skills and team spirit. Analytical thinking and results-oriented. Quick and strong learning ability. Application-oriented IT system knowledge.
