Trevi spa, to expand the Commercial Contract Department, is looking for: LEGAL & CONTRACT CONSTRUCTIONActivities and ResponsibilitiesOverseeing the contractual documentation of the project (requirements, forms, conditions). Drafting of contractual documentation, as well as internal and external reports. Contractual assessment of tender documentation. Support the tender department in the commercial phase until award and contract signature. Interface and coordinate with other project functions.

Interface with the client on any contractual issues associated with commercial opportunities. Assistance in the interpretation of contracts and coordination with consultants. Drafting and negotiation of cooperation agreements (Consortium, Joint Venture). Contractual support in the procurement process for materials, services and subcontractors. Ensure compliance with project and contract requirements. Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Law or Civil/Edile Engineering. 3> 5 years of experience in competitive bidding of the private and/or public construction industry.

Alternatively experience in drafting and managing commercial and/or job order contractsReadiness to read and understand the contract language of the construction industry Organizational skills and ability to manage project documentation and required deadlinesKnowledge of budgeting and job measurement principles and methodologiesKnowledge of project management principles and logic (management, risk and scheduling)Ability to draft contract documentation and correspondenceKnowledge of English language (at least level B2) Knowledge of optional languages among Spanish and/or French languages appreciated. Knowledge of Office package. Complete the profile:Good interpersonal, organizational and project work skills, attention to detail and ability to identify errors and contractual inconsistencies.
