Your role: Your key duties and responsibilities:

Drafting, negotiating and managing complex contractsProviding legal advice on a variety of legal topics including civil law, intellectual property, corporate law, M&A and real estateConducting research, investigating facts and developing legal argumentsOther duties:

Your skills, experience, and qualifications required: Master's degree in Law (with honors) 105+Relevant experience as a lawyer in a leading law firm/boutique law firmExcellent knowledge of the Italian and English languageStrong organization skillsStrong planning skills and excellent attention to detail and accuracyWith your "get things done" attitude you can prioritize, support, and track multiple tasks successfully while meeting deadlines in a constantly changing environmentWhat we offer: Permanent employment contract.
