- Educational background preferably in Scienze Politiche, Scienze Giuridiche, Economia.

- Basic Knowledge in related fields of law.

- Confident with digital tools and systems (e. g.

excel and powerpoint).

- Good English language knowledge.

- Strong attitude for organization, precision, respect of timeline and trustworthiness.

- Passionate about creating an IKEA fit for the future with the customer at heart.

- Energized by contributing to overall success and results through collaboration.

A day in your life with us

- Provide administrative support e. g. , planning and organising meetings, delivering

communication for the wider organisation.

- Monitor, maintain and secure the corporate files.

- Update and maintain legal documents for business units and stores.

- Draft info document and summary including collecting information, drafting, signing and archiving procedures.

- Participate in legal projects.

- Support to implement standard processes and ways of working for the legal area in the Ingka Group.
