In order to develop our company we look for: LEGAL ADVISOR The key Duties and Responsibilities of the position are: Providing legal advice and support to business and corporate functions in relation to a wide range of activities connected to CRIF commercial operations, both in Italy and abroad; Drafting and negotiating simple and complex contracts (including but not limited to ICT contracts) and other legal documents of the company, safeguarding full compliance of business operations with applicable laws and regulations; Advising and providing operational guidance to business functions in relation to internal policies and procedures concerning legal risk management of the business operations.

Desired Skills & Experience: Degree in Law and admission to the Italian Bar At least 2/3 years of experience in Law Firms or as in-house counsel within Multinational Companies Solid knowledge of ICT law and considerable experience in all forms of contracts and commercial agreements; Strong written and oral communication skills, and ability to work independently as well as part of various teams Ability to deliver high-quality work under deadlines; Fluent knowledge of English Language The position is based in Bologna.
