In strong commercial and industrial expansion, Firema has now two locations: the design and production center in Caserta, the historical headquarters of the Company with a surface area of over 400, 000 square meters, and the office in Savona, dedicated to engineering.
About the Role A legal advisor must be able to perform complex tasks.
In particular, he/she will be responsible for drafting and reviewing legal documents, ensuring compliance of the Company's activities with applicable regulations, and supporting the corporate secretarial activities of the Company and its subsidiaries or affiliates.
He/she will also be responsible for defining and managing the legal risks and legal documentation.
He/she will report directly to the Chief Legal Corporate and Institutional Affairs of the Company.
What you will be working on: Contracts: Drafting and reviewing legal documents and a variety of contracts/agreements ranging from manufacturing, commercial, including supply, license, purchase and sale, agency, partnership and non-disclosure agreements (NDAs).
Regulatory compliance: Ensuring that the company's activities comply with current regulations, with particular attention to data protection regulations (GDPR), Legislative Decree 231/01 and regulations specific to the public sector.
Legal risk management: Identifying and mitigating legal risks associated with the company's activities, developing proactive solutions and conflict resolution strategies.
Corporate Secretary's Office: Supporting the corporate secretarial activities of the Company and its subsidiaries or affiliates, taking care of the convening of shareholders' meetings, meetings of the Board of Directors and any internal committees, drafting the minutes of the corporate bodies, fulfilling the publicity requirements of the Companies Registry and keeping the corporate books.
Powers of attorney and proxies: Ensuring the drafting of powers of attorney, their granting and/or revocation and the updating of the proxy system.
Legal documentation: Preparing and managing legal documentation, ensuring the accurate recording and updating of the company's legal information.
Litigation: Assisting in the management of litigation; this includes handling pre-litigation matters.
Do you have: Master's degree in law; At least 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience in a legal role in a reputable law firm or in-house legal department in a multi-national and corporate environment; a combination of private practice and in-house experience is preferred.
Strong knowledge of corporate law and contract law; Fluent in written and spoken English; Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills; Ability to work both independently and as part of a team; High ethical standards and professional integrity.
