We are looking for our future **Legal Advisor** based in **Milano** for a **permanent contract**, responsible for overseeing legal matters for all Hager companies in Italy. Join our dynamic international team and contribute to the success of our organization. Your expertise will play a crucial role in ensuring legal compliance and fostering a secure and ethical business environment.
**Your Missions
- Structure and strengthen the Legal Department so as to be able to meet the Group's needs in terms of legal support and services in Italy and, more specifically, to be able to respond to issues covering the various areas of Business Law (contracts, corporate, economic, litigation, IP, personal data, leases, etc. ).
- Provide Italian management and operational staff with legal assistance relating to business law in the conduct of national and international operations and projects.
- Structure, draft, negotiate and/or approve legal contracts, letters of agreement, policies and other documents.
- Defend the company's interests in litigation, arbitration, mediation or other disputes with third parties.
- Manage and lead large-scale M&A projects, partnerships and transactions independently with general supervision.
- Influence others in their own fields by explaining facts, policies and practices.
**Your Profile
- Law degree from a recognized institution.
- Additional certifications or postgraduate studies in relevant legal areas are a plus.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience as a Legal Advisor, preferably in an international business setting.
- Proven track record of handling complex legal matters and providing strategic legal advice, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- In-depth understanding of Italian legal frameworks and regulatory requirements, staying updated on legal developments and continuously enhancing professional knowledge.
- Familiarity with international legal standards and best practices.
- Fluent in English and Italian (both written and spoken), knowledge of German or French is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess legal implications in a fast-paced business context.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
