On behalf of a international multicommodity sales company we are looking for a:

**Legal Advisor - Energy Market

The Legal Advisor will be responsible of managing all the legal aspects of the company business, from the corporate governance framework, GDPR and L. 231/01 regulation and compliance, to the business support vis-à-vis the counterparties and the Regulator.

In addition, the Legal Advisor will be responsible of managing the relationship with the external legal advisors working in all areas, including credit collecction.

She/he will directly report CEO.

In particular, the Legal Advisor key responsabilities will be:

- to take care of corporate governance, involving the management of the Board of Directors meetings and the Shareholders' meetings, and the caretaking of the statutory books;

- to be responsible for Compliance activities; as part of this activity, specific reference will be devoted to the compliance to GDPR Policy and to L. 231/01, as well to maintaining the relationship with the Vigilance Bdy OdV;

- to provide legal support to business at 360 degrees; in particular, the support will be focused on providing the business with an in-depth legal advisory over new initiatives, or changes of law and regulations, as well as on drafting _ad hoc_ or general communications to customers and counterparties and directly managing negotiations with third parties;

- to overlook the contract set and manage the required changes in alignment with CEO and business requirements;

- to provide a regulatory support to Sales and Operations, in alignment with the Heads of Functions, in order to secure the full understanding of the regulatory changes potentially affecting the business and of setting up the most appropriate defensive strategy;

- to participate to the Conciliazione process vis-à-vis third parties, on the basis of appropriate delegated authority to be granted by Italy BoD;

- to support Italy Credit department in the credit collection effort and, if requested, in liaising with the external legal advisors specifically dedicated to collection;

- to support Italy CEO in liaising with the corporate legal advisors dealing with a number of corporate and business issues and initiatives.

**Key requirements**:

- Previous experience in the commodity trading and sales environment, as well as in Italian energy regulation, will be a must.

- Fluency in English is a pre-requisite.
