CRIF Group provides IT solutions, decisioning systems, outsourcing, banking software and consulting services; our clients are mainly finance and insurance companies, utilities companies and enterprises in general and we support them in each step of their relations with their customers.

In order to expand the legal services provided within CRIF Group, we are looking for a:

The candidate will be included in our Legal & Corporate Department and will be responsible for:

Support the business and corporate functions in relation to legal issues and ensure compliance with sector regulations applicable in Italy and abroad, aiming for better legal protection of the Company's interests. Assist in the management of extrajudicial and judicial disputes (civil, criminal, and administrative). Handle issues of data protection, including implementing and reviewing Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), Legitimate Interest Assessments (LIAs), and Transfer Impact Assessments (TIAs).

Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations.

Implement privacy policies and procedures.

Review and advise on privacy provisions in commercial contracts. Manage data processing agreements, permits, licenses, and authorizations necessary for the activities of the CRIF Companies Group. Address compliance issues for businesses. Monitor the development of the legislative framework specific to the regulations applicable to the activities of the CRIF Companies Group and data protection regulations. Experience: The ideal candidate has 3 – 5 years of data protection experience in the legal & compliance field, preferably in primary multinational companies and/or international law firms. Proficiency in Italian and English is essential (both spoken and written). A license to practice law will be considered a plus. Soft Skills: Ability to work under pressure and communicate effectively with the transaction team, including internal operational and management staff as well as outside counsels. Ability to provide top-level guidance to senior executives in an understandable way, often in a fast-moving and evasive environment. Ability to earn the respect of senior management to be credible and effective in this complex and constantly developing business. Result and team-oriented, able to work in an international, multi-cultural, fast-moving, and complex business environment. Workplace will be in Bologna. Availability for national/international transfers is required.
