Our Corporate division are now seeking a talented Legal Affairs Specialist Intern to join the Legal Team.

Reporting into: Head of Legal Affairs Italy

The role is suited to a confident individual who is comfortable working in a fast-moving e-commerce environment and looking for a challenging commercial role.

Here is a breakdown of what you'll be doing:

- Support in the provision of practical, commercial, solution-driven advice on a wide variety of general commercial issues including IT, outsourcing, e-commerce, internet/new media, data protection and consumer law;

- Support in standard drafting, advising and negotiating on a variety of commercial agreements, such as marketing, product placement ADV, agency, testimonial & Sponsorship;

- Managing the legal request storage;

- Legal researches and manage the digital archive.

The type of person we are looking for:

- Law Degree;

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills;

- Proactive at developing internal business relationships;

- Motivated, enthusiastic and have a "can do" attitude;

- Strong attention to detail;

- Strong experience in handling a high volume of activity involving multiple projects simultaneously;

- Proficiency in English.
