To support the teams who are powering this ecosystem we have a global Corporate division consisting of departments including Legal, Finance, Marketing and Sales, Strategy, Human Resources, Central Services and PR and Communications.
Our Corporate division are now seeking a talented Legal Affairs Specialist Italy to join the Legal team.

Reporting into: Head of Legal
Here is a breakdown of what you'll be doing:
- Drafting and advising on a variety of non-complex commercial agreements, using YNAP standard templates when available, such as marketing and PR agreements, event sponsorship agreements, competition and promotion T&Cs, charitable commercial participation agreements, supply/purchase contracts, services agreements, venue hire agreements, influencer and talent contribution agreements, affiliate contracts and brand collaboration agreements.
Includes drafting, updating and maintaining contract templates.
- E-Commerce work, including research on regulatory requirements, website design requirements, transactional website requirements, website terms and conditions, insolvency issues, consumer law and customer service issues, etc.
- Advertising and marketing work, including events, competitions and promotions and research on advertising law and codes of practice.
- Litigation, including proactively managing small consumer claims which may come in from time to time.
The type of person we are looking for:
- Previous legal experience either in-house or at an international law firm
- A work or study experience of at least 6 months in the UK
- Familiarity with Common Law jurisdiction
- Excellent command of English, both oral and written
- Ideally a qualification to practice law in Italy or England and Wales (or equivalent)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
- A strong analytical mind, an aptitude for problem solving and excellent drafting skills
- Demonstrable ability to proactively develop internal business relationships
- Confidence to be a team player with an encompassing attitude
- Motivated, enthusiastic and has a "can do" attitude
- Excellent attention to detail
- Demonstrable ability to work to tight deadlines and for demanding stakeholders, and ability to prioritise workload accordingly
- A mindset to take initiative and be pro-active on addressing new matters or challenges
- A professional and culturally sensitive work ethic
